Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time
Transit Time:

Our standard shipping time within the United States usually takes 1-4 business days (Monday – Friday). Please note that this timeframe excludes order processing, which typically takes around 1-2 business days.

Order Cut-off Time:

Orders placed before 4 PM on business days (Monday – Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling:

We take great care in packaging and handling your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, which may take 1-2 business days.

Tracking

Order Tracking:

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status and location of your package. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

Tracking Issues:

If you encounter any issues with tracking your order or haven’t received your tracking information within the specified time frame, contact our customer support team.

Cancellations

Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order, contact our customer support team immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll cancel it and issue a refund. If it’s already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can guide you through the return process.

Incorrect Address

Address Verification:

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Before finalizing your order, double-check the shipping address for accuracy. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Address Changes:

If you need to make changes to the shipping address after placing an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate the request, but changes may not be possible once the order is processed.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
